Inspiration and Design
Updated: Apr 2, 2019
They say, that your choice of "medium" says a-lot about you and your art. Different art attracts and moves people in different ways. Im not sure what exactly my art says to others about me, but I know that it speaks to me! The trees, the flowers, even the dying weeds by the roadside catch my eye and fuel my desire to create.

Its funny, because as I look back on my life I realize that I have always been a lover of nature and plants. Some of my fondest childhood memories were playing "fairies" in the peonies, making necklaces and bracelets from the honeysuckles, and adventuring through my private 4 acre mountain forest backyard.
I love to follow fellow florists on Instagram and to browse Pinterest, but when it really comes down to it, nature is my biggest inspiration. I love the way branches curve and bow. The perfectly imperfect shape of each bloom and petal. The way a garden left untended eventually runs together. The perfect color pallet painted on each pansy and rose.
Where does your design come from??
